CARLY

She woke feeling warm all over and realized it was because there was a large hottie of a man wrapped around her, snoring softly. Carly turned and looked at the dark-haired man and couldn’t resist reaching out to touch his face. He almost looked gentle as he slept. Almost.

Realizing she still had the pacifier that he had given her in her mouth, Carly tugged it from her lips and studied it. She hadn’t expected that she would have liked it as much as she did, but it was surprisingly soothing and had calmed her mind. She didn’t think she would want to use it all the time, but maybe during naps.

Looking back up to the man who was holding her, Carly thought about the spanking he’d given her before her nap. It had hurt more than she’d expected, yet despite the pain, she had still felt more safe and secure with him than she had ever felt with James. Even though she had been being a brat, he didn’t belittle her or make her feel like she was worthless. Instead, she felt like his discipline came from a place of caring, which had been entirely unexpected.

Although… her mind shifted, sliding back into Little space. She was a princess, and how dare he spank her. Even though she totally deserved it. Carly watched Damian sleep and wondered how she could get back at him for being such a meanie Daddy. She also wondered why it seemed so easy to slip into Little space around him. Or in general.

Maybe because you feel safer with him than you’ve felt in years. Although, he still needs to pay for being a big meanie.

Getting the bestest idea ever, Carly slowly moved out from under his arms. Her plan would only work if he stayed asleep, which was unlikely because it seemed like he was a naturally light sleeper. By the time she got out of bed and confirmed that he was still sleeping, she was winded.

Boy, sneaking around is tough work.

Grabbing her panties off the floor, she tiptoed out of the room. Carly went to the bedroom where all her belongings were and dug through one of her work bags. When she found what she needed, she tiptoed back to Damian’s bedroom. Daddy had to pay for being a big meanie.

Standing at the side of the bed, she listened to his light snores, confirming that he was still sleeping, and went to work. Opening the bottle of eyelash glue, Carly ran a bead of glue over the band of the fake eyelashes. Ever so slowly, she reached over and very gently placed the eyelashes on one of Damian’s closed lids.

Suppressing a giggle, she moved quickly to do the same with the eyelashes for the other side. As she moved her hand over to place the second band of lashes on his lid, Damian moved, and she nearly had a heart attack.

As soon as he settled, he let out another snore, and she took a breath of relief.
